Charter
The mission of the Apache VCL project is to create and maintain of software related to a modular cloud computing platform which dynamically provisions and brokers remote access to compute resources.

Roster
All PMC members are release managers. The PMC can also designate committers as release managers, giving them the same release permissions as PMC members for all VCL projects, but not a binding vote.

These are the OpenPGP keys in this committee's public KEYS file. Downloaders and ATR use them to verify the signatures on the committee's releases. Members can add keys by importing a KEYS file. Anyone who signs releases adds their own key from the Manage keys page.
